Submission Agreement

By submitting a review, photo, or video (“User Content”) to Sol Patch, you agree to the following: 

You retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting it, you grant Sol Patch and its affiliates a non-exclusive, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, and fully paid license to use, reproduce, display, distribute, modify, and otherwise use your User Content for marketing and promotional purposes. This includes, but is not limited to, use in emails, websites, social media, catalogs, advertisements, third-party platforms, and other customer communications. 

Sol Patch may display advertisements alongside your User Content or use your User Content to promote Sol Patch products or services. Because this license is non-exclusive, you may continue to use your User Content or allow others to do so. 

You represent and warrant that: 

  • You own or have the necessary rights to submit the User Content and grant the rights described above 

  • Any required permissions or payments related to the User Content have been obtained 

  • Your User Content does not infringe on the intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights of any third party 

Sol Patch reserves the right to refuse, remove, or discontinue use of any User Content at any time for any reason.
