General Shipping Information 

  • Orders ship directly from our warehouse in St. Paul, MN 

  • Most orders are processed and shipped within 24-48 business hours (excluding weekends and holidays) 

  • We ship domestically and internationally 

  • Products are sealed in a resealable pouch and shipped in a padded bubble mailer. 

  • All U.S. orders ship via USPS 

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear 

  • Please ensure billing and shipping addresses are accurate—incorrect or incomplete addresses may delay delivery 

  • Most orders are delivered to your mailbox; if unavailable, USPS may hold your package at the post office

Free shipping is available on domestic orders over $45.00, exclusions may apply.

USPS Ground Advantage – $8 

Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days after shipment 
Tracking: Full door-to-door tracking 

  • Ships as a USPS package 

  • More consistent tracking updates 

  • Recommended for reliable tracking visibility 

USPS Priority Mail – $15 

Estimated delivery: 2–3 business days after shipment 
Tracking: Full door-to-door tracking 

  • Fastest shipping option 

  • Priority handling by USPS 

  • Best for time-sensitive orders 

Domestic Shipping Notes 

  • Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be impacted by USPS delays, holidays, or peak shipping periods 

  • Limited tracking does not mean your order hasn’t shipped 

  • For faster delivery or better tracking, choose Ground Advantage or Priority Mail at checkout 

International Shipping 

  • Most international orders ship via USPS unless service is unavailable in your country 

  • Estimated delivery is up to 21 business days; please allow 25 business days for potential delays 

  • Shipping rates vary based on destination and order weight 

  • International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and fees

Lost or Damaged Orders 

  • Email info@SolPatchUSA.com with your order number in the subject line 

  • Orders protected by Navidium Shipping Protection are fully covered if lost or damaged in transit 

  • Orders without shipping protection are not eligible for replacement or reimbursement 

  • Lost orders must be reported within 30 days of the order date 

Navidium Shipping Protection 

  • Automatically added at checkout 

  • Covers lost or damaged shipments 

  • Claims must be submitted within 30 days of purchase by emailing info@SolPatchUSA.com with your order number 

Incorrect Address Policy 

  • Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address 

  • Address changes must be requested immediately after placing an order 

  • We cannot guarantee changes once fulfillment begins 

  • Orders delivered to an incorrect address due to customer error are not eligible for refunds or replacements 

Returns (If Applicable) 

  • Products are non-refundable unless the return is our fault

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of order placement. Items must be unused and in original packaging
