About Sol Patch

Sol Patch was founded by Dr. Anna Williams, who lives with diabetes and wears a Dexcom G7. As a leading global expert in pharmaceutical and device development, Dr. Williams applied her expertise to create patches that significantly outperform those offered by other major competitors.

Our patches are manufactured in a facility that is FDA-certified to produce medical devices (cGMP-certified) in a clean room made for bandages (ISO 9001:2015 clean room), meeting the highest standards for quality and cleanliness. After extensive research, Dr. Williams selected what she determined to be the best patch material currently available for sensitive skin and skin allergies. This material is hypoallergenic, durable, waterproof, flexible, and exceptionally high quality. She also upgraded to a more advanced adhesive technology that increases adhesive strength over the first 48 hours of wear time. Our patches come with free, professionally manufactured transmitter stickers and arrive in high-quality resealable packaging designed to keep your patches clean and protected for months. Our patch designs are created by artists from diverse creative backgrounds including tattoo artists and film industry illustrators.

Our Mission

Sol Patch is made for everyone. Whether you wear a CGM or infusion set—or you are purchasing for a family member or friend—our products are designed for you. We welcome people with Type 1 diabetes, Type 2 diabetes, prediabetes, PCOS, pregnancy-related glucose monitoring needs, or anyone who uses a CGM or infusion set for health and wellness. Our designs reflect a wide range of cultures, beliefs, and personal backgrounds so that all customers can find something that resonates with them. We encourage you to choose the designs that speak to you while recognizing that other designs are created for people with different experiences and identities.

We believe in supporting the diabetic community. Portions of your purchase go towards supporting diabetic nonprofit organizations and events. We donate patches to Type 1 diabetes summer camps throughout the United States, and to medical experts who work with diabetic patients, helping to ease the transition of wearing devices for first time users. We also pay commission to diabetic influencers who choose to promote our products.
